The mission of Trinity Evexía is to educate individuals who may be high or low risk for lifestyle disease development and wish to improve upon their current state of health. We will strive to deliver evidence-based information that will support weight loss goals without sacrificing the nutritional needs of our clients. We will provide a nurturing environment free from judgement, but rich in information needed to help them explore past barriers to achieving their health and wellness goals and  overcome them.

  • Discuss potential barriers to achieving your weight loss goals and help walk you through ways to overcome them.

  • Discuss the latest diets and provide up to date evidence-based information needed to make an informed decision.

  • Present evidence-based information regarding nutrition and its role in healing the body and keeping us healthy.

  • Participate in fun, interactive discussions that include learning what is in your food: Label reading, learn about GMOs, what is meant by organic, preservatives and pesticides.

  • Learn about how not meeting primary food needs (career satisfaction, relationships, physical activity and spirituality) can impact our food choices.

  • Use all you have learned and apply it to creating your own sustainable nutrition plan. You will be equipped with integrative knowledge and self-confidence to be your own change agent in every aspect of your life.
